Conguring the BIOS
IDE Conguration
The items in this menu allow you to set or change the congurations for the IDE
devices installed in the system. Press <enter>to display the conguration options:
q SATA#1/2 IDE Conguration
The items allow you to congure SATA#1/2.
q Congure SATA#1 as
This item allows you to set the SATA#1 to IDE/RAID/AHCI mode.
q Primary, Secondary, Third and Fourth IDE Master/Slave
This displays the status of auto detection of IDE devices.
q Hard Disk Write Protect
This item will be effective only if device is accessed through BIOS.
q IDE Detect Time Out (Sec)
The item allows you to select the time out value for detecting ATA/ATAPI devices.
q ATA(PI) 80pin cable detection
The item allows you to select the mechanism for detecting 80pin ATA(PI) cable.
SuperIO Conguration
The items in this menu allow you to congure F71862 Super IO Chipset.
Hardware Health Conguration
This menu gives you an overview of the Hardware Health Conguration.
ACPI Conguration
The items in this menu allow you to set General ACPI Conguration, Advanced ACPI
Conguration and Chipset ACPI Conguration.
AHCI Conguration
The items in this menu allow you to set general AHCI conguration.
ASF Conguration
The items in this menu allow you to set Alert Standard Format Support.
Intel AT-d Conguration
The menu allows you to enable or disable Intel AT-d technology.
Intel TXT(LT) Conguration
The menu allows you to congure Intel TXT(LT) Parameters.
MPS Conguration
The item in this menu allows you to select MPS revision. The default setting is 1.1.
PCI Express Conguration
The item in this menu allows you to enable or disable PCI Express L0s and L1 link
power states.
Smbios Conguration
The item in this menu allows you to enable or disable Smbios Smi Support.
