Conguring the BIOS
IDE Conguration
The items in this menu allow you to set or change the congurations for the IDE
devices installed in the system. Press <enter>to display the conguration options:
q SATA#1/2 IDE Conguration
The items allow you to congure SATA#1/2.
q Congure SATA#1 as
This item allows you to set the SATA#1 to IDE/RAID/AHCI mode.
q Primary, Secondary, Third and Fourth IDE Master/Slave
This displays the status of auto detection of IDE devices.
q Hard Disk Write Protect
This item will be effective only if device is accessed through BIOS.
q IDE Detect Time Out (Sec)
The item allows you to select the time out value for detecting ATA/ATAPI devices.
q ATA(PI) 80pin cable detection
The item allows you to select the mechanism for detecting 80pin ATA(PI) cable.
SuperIO Conguration
The items in this menu allow you to congure F71862 Super IO Chipset.
Hardware Health Conguration
This menu gives you an overview of the Hardware Health Conguration.
ACPI Conguration
The items in this menu allow you to set General ACPI Conguration, Advanced ACPI
Conguration and Chipset ACPI Conguration.
AHCI Conguration
The items in this menu allow you to set general AHCI conguration.
ASF Conguration
The items in this menu allow you to set Alert Standard Format Support.
Intel AT-d Conguration
The menu allows you to enable or disable Intel AT-d technology.
Intel TXT(LT) Conguration
The menu allows you to congure Intel TXT(LT) Parameters.
MPS Conguration
The item in this menu allows you to select MPS revision. The default setting is 1.1.
PCI Express Conguration
The item in this menu allows you to enable or disable PCI Express L0s and L1 link
power states.
Smbios Conguration
The item in this menu allows you to enable or disable Smbios Smi Support.
